TERMS OF SUPPLY

These are the terms and conditions on which we supply the products (Products) listed on our website (www.007DB5.com) (our site).  By ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

How The Contract Is Formed Between You And Us

Our contract with you (the Contract) will only be formed when we send you our confirmation of acceptance of your order (the Dispatch Confirmation).  Your order will be fulfilled within 30 days of the date of the Dispatch Confirmation, unless exceptional circumstances apply (e.g. where you have ordered Products more than 30 days before they are published, in which case delivery within 30 days of Dispatch Confirmation will not be possible). 

If you are a consumer, you may cancel a Contract at any time within seven working days, beginning on the day after you received the Products.  In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products.  To cancel a Contract, you must inform us in writing and return Products in the same condition in which you received them at your cost. 

Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.

Price And Payment

The price of any Products (plus delivery costs) will be as quoted on our site, except in cases of obvious error.  Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.

Our Liability

Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking any Contract is strictly limited to the purchase price of the Product you purchased.  

This clause does not include or limit in any way our liability for any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude, our liability.

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses which are not a reasonably foreseeable consequence of us breaching a Contract.

If any of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

All notices given by you to us must be given to GE Fabbri Limited at 7th Floor, Communications Building, 48 Leicester Square, London, WC2H 7LT.

You may not transfer, assign, charge or otherwise dispose of a Contract, or any of your rights or obligations arising under it, without our prior written consent.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions and any document referred to in them constitute the whole agreement between us and supersede any previous arrangement, understanding or agreement between us, relating to the subject matter of any Contract.

Applicable Law

You will be subject to our policies and terms of supply in force at the time that you order Products from us.

These terms and all disputes arising in connection with any Contract or these terms shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
